Advertising on Technical Property is simple and allows you to clearly show everything your listing has to offer.
Section 1 – You decide how occupiers contact you: via email or phone and with all this information you are able to plan your resources to ensure leads are converted effectively.
Put forward all the site basics and make sure you give accurate details. The type of the site needs to be identified. Gross (physical size of the building) size in sqm, Site (parcel of land) size in hectares, Fitted (actual fitted rack space capacity) in sqm, Current power in MVA or KW and max planned MVA ideally needs to be confirmed by local utility provider. Watts / sqm of fitted rack space. Connectivity will be the number of fibre providers. Please highlight what statutory permits have been obtained for the site.
Section 2 – List all relevant facilities at the site.
Section 3 – This is free text box to sell the listing and upload photos to raise the profile. For best results the photos should ideally be in jpeg format and min 600 x 400 and logos min 280 x 140.
Section 4 – Put forward all contact information for payment ad billing. The payment method is a simple paypal transaction, however, we understand that sometimes you may want us to send an invoice directly for the listing and then follow up payment by cheque. This is no problem. When you open the listing form, simply complete the invoice details and the invoice will be sent. The listing will apply once payment has cleared.
